Foxview is a Riverstone retirement community, and the work covered the shared spaces alongside the model suites used to show the residence to prospective residents and their families.
Retirement furnishing carries requirements that don’t apply elsewhere. Seating has to be the right height and firmness to get in and out of unassisted. Finishes have to survive daily use by a full building and clean up properly. And none of it can look institutional — this is somebody’s home, and the families touring it are making a decision about where a parent will live. Getting that balance right is most of the job.
We worked with Riverstone’s designer to source the specified FF&E, provided design support where selections were still open, and handled procurement through to installation. Everything was received and inspected at our warehouse before delivery, so what reached the building was ready to place. Amenity spaces and model suites were completed on schedule and ready for residents.
