Procurement dashboard
Every project, where it actually stands.
Review and approve quotes, pay the deposit, and watch each order move from purchase through to installation, line by line. No status emails. No chasing anyone for an update. Included for every client.
Have a look around
This is the dashboard. Open a project.
Most of our clients run several projects at once: a new build, a refresh in an existing property, a model suite. The dashboard holds all of them, and keeps them after they close. Search the list, open a project, move through its tabs. One of them is waiting for an approval; go ahead and give it a try.
Quotes and approvals
Read it, route it, approve it.
Proposals arrive in your dashboard for review. Read them, forward them to whoever else needs to sign off, and approve when you're ready, with a typed signature, from anywhere.
Where we've built options into the proposal, such as an alternate chair, a quick-ship substitute or a room that could come out of scope, you choose between them right there. Anything beyond that goes to your rep, who turns the revision around.
The deposit can be paid in the same sitting by card or bank transfer, or routed to your accounts payable. Either way the order starts moving that day rather than after a round of invoicing.

Where everything stands
Nine stages, and they're the ones we work from.
Each project shows its current stage, from working on quote through to invoiced. These aren't decorative labels. They're the same statuses our team works from, so what you see is the actual state of the job on the day you look at it.
Step through them to see what your dashboard says at each one, and what's happening on our side while it says it.
Delivery, line by line
Every item, every room, every status.
Once your order is confirmed with every supplier and properly underway, we open your delivery portal. From then on every line has its own status: on order, received at our warehouse, on the truck, delivered, installed. Our crew updates it as they work, so on install day you can watch a floor fill in.
- Search and filterBy room, by status or by product, on projects with hundreds of lines.
- Anything short or damaged, flagged on the lineLogged against the item on install day, with what we are doing about it and when it closes.
- Floor plans on the projectThe same set the install crew works from on site.
Your documents, kept
The invoice from four months ago is there, not in someone's inbox.
Quotes, signed approvals, sales orders and invoices sit against the project they belong to, and open right in the dashboard.
Records stay on file after a project closes, which is what makes reordering and warranty questions straightforward years later, and what lets you repeat last year's order in the next building.
Try it: your accounting team wants the final invoice for the Elmridge guest suite.
Someone who knows your project
One rep in front. The whole team behind.
You have a dedicated rep who owns the relationship, the timelines and the updates, and behind them the full team: design, procurement, warehousing, delivery and installation.
You don't repeat yourself to someone new, and you don't chase an update that should have come to you. The dashboard is current because it's built on the same system our team runs the work in, not a report someone remembers to send.
One company across all five. Nothing is handed to a third party between the proposal and the last piece being placed.
Requesting new work
The next project starts from the same place.
Two ways to ask, both from the dashboard. Selections in hand: you have specified the products, so send the list and we price it. Selections needed: tell us the space and what it needs, and our team specifies the products and comes back with a priced proposal. Either way it lands with our team the moment you send it, and you can watch it move from there.

How you get a dashboard.
Selections in hand and no need for the full set-up? Send the list, a model suite, a lobby, a hundred appliances, whatever it is, and we price it back by email. The dashboard is for clients running projects with us, and this is how it starts.
