Delivery & installation
Delivered, installed and tracked to the last piece.
Our own crews receive, store, deliver, assemble and install, so one team is accountable from purchase order to final placement, and you can see every item's status without calling anyone.
The delivery portal
Watch an install from your desk.
Every item is listed individually and organized by room. As our crews work through the job, each line updates, so you can answer “is the primary bedroom done?” or “did the dining chairs land?” at any hour. Site managers use it during handover. Ownership uses it to sign off. This one is a fictional model suite over two days: delivery on day one, install on day two. Step through it, or press play.
One team, all the way through
The people who placed your order are the people who place your furniture.
Silverback is our logistics division, not a third-party carrier. The same organization that placed your order receives it, stores it, delivers it and installs it.
That matters most on the day something goes wrong. There is no carrier blaming the vendor and no installer blaming the carrier. There's one team, and it's accountable from purchase order to final placement.
Five companies, four handoffs. When a piece turns up damaged, each one has a reason it is not theirs.
With usOne company owns the piece from the purchase order to the room. If it is wrong, we fix it. There is no one to argue with.
Through our warehouse first
Damage gets caught in our warehouse, not in your lobby.
Product ships to our warehouse first, not to your site. Every shipment is counted against the order and checked for damage when it lands. Anything that looks wrong gets opened, photographed and claimed with the manufacturer before delivery day.
Most product stays boxed and protected until it reaches your room. What we catch, we catch while there is still time to fix it, not on install day in your lobby.
Held, then delivered complete
Five suppliers ship on five dates. Your site sees one truck.
Five suppliers ship when each is ready, weeks apart. Sent direct, that is five trucks at your site, five elevator bookings, five days someone has to be there to receive, and boxes sitting in rooms that cannot be finished until the last one lands.
Warehousing means we hold the order as it arrives and deliver it complete, on a date that suits your schedule. The job finishes the same week either way. Only one of them is a site you can work in until then.
Delivery and installation
Uncrated, assembled, placed, connected, and the cardboard leaves with us.
Crews deliver, uncrate, assemble, place and install, working from the furniture plan in your approved proposal. Packaging leaves with us.
For appliances that includes the connection work, and removal of old units where you need it.

After the install
A service call two years out doesn't start from scratch.
Manufacturer warranties are typically one year on appliances and vary by maker on furniture. What lasts is the record. Every piece stays on file: what it was, who made it, when we installed it. So a service request starts from the facts, not a search through old emails.
In coverage, we open the claim with the manufacturer and book the visit. Out of coverage, we quote the repair or the replacement and you decide.
