Sourcing & quote requests
From a brief to an approved proposal.
Furniture, accessories, window coverings and appliances, with one partner across all of it and a network of 100+ manufacturers. Here's how a request becomes a priced, approvable proposal, and what you get back.
Selections in hand? Get them priced. Selections needed? Have us specify it.
Two ways to start
Bring a design, or bring a direction.
Some clients arrive with the design already done. Others arrive with an idea of the space and want our team to build it out. Both are normal. The difference only changes where we pick up, not what you end up with.
Either way lands in the same place: a detailed proposal you can evaluate, revise and approve.
You provide the design and FF&E
Send a product list, finishes and anything to be sourced. We source to your specification with pricing and ETA on every item, and where a product is unavailable we recommend alternatives rather than hand back a problem.
You use our design support team
Send inspiration images, style direction, colour palettes and key details. Share dimensions or photos, or we schedule a site visit and collect it for you. You receive a full design proposal for review.
What comes back
A proposal built by a design team, not a catalogue.
Every proposal is assembled by people who furnish buildings for a living. It arrives as a package you can put in front of a board or a buyer the same day.
- Product images by roomEvery piece, shown together, so the space reads as a space.
- A furniture plan on your floor planDimensions verified, clearances checked, laid out the way it will be installed.
- Finish and fabric selectionsAlternates included where lead times or budget call for them.
- A detailed price listEvery item, quantity, manufacturer, finish and price, organized by room.

Built for decisions
A price list you can actually work with.
Detail at the line level lets you make real trade-offs, like swapping a chair, changing a finish or taking a room out of scope, without restarting the quote. And it gives your own approvals process something it can work with.
Try it. Swap the amenity lounge seating, or take the elevator lobbies out of scope, and watch the total follow.
Lead times are part of the quote
A price that can't land on your date isn't a price.
Lead times are worked into the proposal from the start. Where a handover date is fixed, we build the sourcing plan around it, including quick-ship options where the calendar demands them, and every line shows its ETA before you approve.
- Standard manufacturing, 6 to 12 weeks, on most contract furniture.
- Quick-ship alternates at 2 to 4 weeks, flagged in the proposal rather than discovered later.
- Delivery windows booked against your site schedule, tracked on your dashboard.
Typical lead times, order to site
Ranges are typical, not promises. The proposal carries the real ETA on every line, from the manufacturer.
Approve online
One approval, and the project is live on your dashboard.
When the proposal is right, you approve it online with a typed signature and a deposit, or approve now and route the deposit to your AP. That approval moves the project into procurement, and from that moment everything lives on your procurement dashboard
Revisions are expected. Many projects go through a round or two before approval, and every version is kept.
Lobby & amenity refresh
How would you like to pay the deposit?

Before you start
What to have ready.
- Where and whatThe building or space, the audience, and roughly how many rooms or suites.
- Plans, if you have themFloor plans or dimensions. If not, photos, or we'll come and measure.
- Your starting pointA product list and finishes, or inspiration images and a direction.
- The date that mattersHandover, opening, or the day the sales office needs to be furnished.
How long it takes to get a proposal in your hands. These are our working times, not product lead times.
Business days, from a complete brief.
Ready when you are
Tell us about your project.
A brief takes ten minutes. You'll hear back from a person, not an autoresponder, and your first proposal comes with a dashboard already waiting for it.
