Campus Developments brought us in on The Revalie, a new student residence in Ottawa, to outfit the building’s amenity and common spaces. These are the rooms that do the most work in a student building — the lounges where people actually spend their time between classes, and the spaces prospective residents and their parents judge the building on during a tour.

The design direction was already set by the client’s designer. Our role was to make it real: sourcing FF&E that matched the specification without compromise, managing procurement across multiple vendors and lead times, and coordinating the schedule against a construction handover that had to land before students arrived.

We handled delivery and installation in-house through Silverback, which meant one team accountable from purchase order to final placement. Every piece was received, staged and installed to plan, and the spaces were ready for occupancy on schedule.
